EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

The successful candidate will need a strong consumer and customer focus coupled with strong interpersonal skills, passion and integrity.
We are looking for an individual with creativity, curiosity and a strong sense of planning, prioritizing and coordinating.

In addition, the candidate has:

  • Higher education degree in economics or marketing
  • Good understanding of new digital developments (technical, marketing, e-Com) with good understanding of business terminology
  • A sharp glance, is structured and detail oriented
  • Strong ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive and analytical person, who loves to take ownership of the projects assigned to you
  • A flexible and mature approach and the will to complete both routine tasks and tackle new challenges
  • The ability to communicate optimally and enjoys working in a team, both within Marketing and cross-functionally
  • Excellent digital skills
  • Proficient in all Google tools
  • Experience in InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Photoshop
  • Excellent skills in English and one of the Nordic languages (Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian)
  • An international and positive mindset

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE:

The primary goal of this function is to support in the execution of key digital projects for Hill’s Nordics in communication to the customers and consumers. Be a true team member of the Digital and Marketing team, closely working cross-functionally. This is a meaningful role in the digital team developing the Digital tools and mechanics, adapting global and regional projects to Nordics countries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Email Marketing Campaign implementation
  • Social Media Content development in partnership with the Digital Lead
  • Influencer Marketing support with the Marketing Coordinator
  • Digital Assets visual development
  • Copywriting optimisation and translation coordination
  • Ticketing support for the Website management and improvement
  • Keyword optimisation for SEO and Search campaign
  • Digital tools launch and maintenance’ support
  • Critical metrics collection and Reporting
  • Ad hoc digital projects task
