About this role
About this role
The EMEA Partnership marketing team is responsible for driving the firm’s marketing activities for Strategic Client Partnerships. The successful candidate will report into the EMEA Digital Partnership Lead, sitting in Munich, Germany, and would be preferably based in London or Munich, but Frankfurt might also be an option.
Key responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to drive the execution of the EMEA Partnership Marketing strategy with a focus on digital, cross-regional client marketing activities, team connectivity and reporting.
The candidate will act as a facilitator to in-country stakeholders, execute partnership specific marketing strategies and help position BlackRock as preferred partners to our clients. For this, the candidate will keep abreast of industry trends and news in both marketing and asset management across the EMEA region.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Manage partnership marketing activities across EMEA by connecting with all relevant teams locally that cover Wealth and Digital multi-country partnerships.
  • Maintain and evolve quarterly reporting to stakeholders and assist with additional ad hoc reporting.
  • Prepare for and facilitate interactions with internal Partnership Committee.
  • Ensure connectivity and best practice sharing of cross-regional marketing team.
  • Support development, planning and execution of marketing strategy for regional partnerships.
  • Initiate and lead the development and distribution of content. Helping to source global content and localize or create local content.
  • Develop partnership content for product launches and updates.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of BlackRock services and products, specifically related to BlackRock’s outsourcing capabilities.

Experience

  • Degree in business studies, economics, communications, marketing, or professional qualification
  • Up to three years of proven marketing experience with a focus on campaign management regarding relevant KPIs, social media expertise, content development and data management
  • Manage and implement campaigns across variety of channels to drive brand awareness and demand for our products
  • Collaborate on cross functional initiatives based on marketing plans and priorities
  • Experience in stakeholder and client management within the marketing sector, demonstrating a proven track record of successful collaboration and strategy implementation
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills, German and any additional continental European languages are considered a plus
  • Experience in an international environment and working with senior business leaders would be a plus
  • Financial product and investment knowledge, ideally including outsourcing and client tailored solutions.
