Job Description
The Associate Director, Account Management leads and grows a portfolio of corporate accounts. Please note this role will need to be based in one of the following locations:
London
Barcelona
Lisbon
Paris

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitates Senior Executive relationships between Client & Concentrix
  • Proactively expands the relations outside of usual buying towers
  • Proactively develops multi-service proposals that include CNX or Partner Technology products
  • Demonstrates and implements a consultative selling approach
  • Contract negotiation
  • Development of a forward-looking strategic account business plan
  • Gain a detailed understanding of client’s business, challenges and opportunities and propose solutions
  • Champion the effort to grow and maintain the corporation’s primary and long-term revenue base
  • Develop a thorough understanding of prospect or client short-term and long-term strategic requirements through discussions with existing and prospective client executive management
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to establish optimal sales strategy for particular pursuits, based on client interactions
  • Collaborate with Sales Support; Account Management; Operations and other departments to ensure the client’s expectations are being met or exceeded
  • Provide customer and market intelligence back to Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Finance regarding Concentrix strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats based on sales pursuit interactions
  • Monitor economic and legal trends that could affect sales

CAREER FRAMEWORK ROLE

to address internal or external business and regulatory issues. Proactively identifies, defines, and solves
the most complex problems that impact the management and direction of the business. Significantly
