QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Post graduate qualification in business change management.
More than 5 years’ experience including leadership of the development and implementation of business change solutions
Advanced consulting skills including project management, client relationship management at senior management level
Directly influence client behaviours and decisions and deals effectively with difficult senior and peer client situations.
Recognised by clients and the business as a subject matter expert across Arcadis
Knowledge and experience of working on the delivery of new technological solutions to enable asset management improvement
Relevant project management experience including experience of managing and leading teams
Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As part of the Mobility Asset Management Team this role will work with mobility clients to deliver asset management support and solutions. The role will be required deliver program, project and business change support to evolving business needs, whilst having a focus on business development.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead the delivery of projects ensuring client satisfaction, effective project management and good communication and collaboration between Arcadis colleagues
Develop and propose potential solutions that resolve complex business problems and meet or exceed client expectations
Develop strong, partnering relationships with senior client personnel in order to challenge and influence their thinking
Coach and develop the skills and capabilities of project team members to enhance their performance and support them in their career development
Contribute to the shaping of project bids that can be delivered profitably and that respond to identified client issues
