We are supporting a global Real Estate Investment Manager who are looking to recruit an Associate Director level Asset Manager to join their UK and pan-European Asset Management team, based in Central London.
This opportunity will report into the Head of pan-European Portfolio Management and be responsible for the strategic management of their UK Business Park and Logistics portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral role within the team by setting and implementing asset strategies across the portfolio to optimise the investment performance and return.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implement leasing strategies and drive new lease negotiations.
  • Integrate newly acquired properties into the portfolio.
  • Manage capex and refurbishment budgets and projects.
  • Monitor and analyse asset performance using financial modelling and ensure they are within the range.
  • Identify ways to improve processes and performance by providing analysis and presenting initiatives to the board.
  • Provide and present monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Utilise numerical skills to produce analysis on tenancy schedules, valuations and calculate Net Property Income.
  • Coordinate risk management and implement ESG strategies at asset level.

Asset Management requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Real Estate or Economics (or equivalent).
  • Proven commercial asset/portfolio management experience.
  • Ability to work as a team and independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Financially literate and able to build formulas and analysis from scratch using Excel and interpret budgets, business plans and valuations.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

Office based in Central London (3 days in office/2 days working from home).
Salary is £80,000 - £90,000 plus benefits and bonus.
