ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Business Operations and Excellence Lead, is a critical role to the success of the US Oncology Business Unit and its ability to achieve strategic goals and milestones, prioritize initiatives, activate workstreams and monitor progress to maximize value and efficiencies across the organization.
This position plays a key role in the following areas:
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
- Candidate should possess 6-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or a highly regulated industry, with at least 3-5 years in strategic planning or business operations.
- Ability to prioritize high-volume workload based on challenges and business needs, with minimal supervision, working with sense of urgency and efficiency
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional ability to work closely with senior leadership and provide thoughtful, data-driven advice.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel), digital tools and technologies, with knowledge of digital transformation and leveraging AI in operations being a significant plus.
