As the Enterprise OPEX team we drive end-to-end transformation across all vertical of AO, focusing on enterprise solutions, new ways of working and digital, operational excellence and business process capabilities.
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to drive the successful adoption of transformation initiatives within Alexion Operations. A proactive leader with a strong background in change management, training, and stakeholder engagement, they will ensure seamless adoption of change, capability building and workforce upskilling. As a change agent, they will model new ways of working and behaviors, always optimizing the enterprise needs rather than the performance of a single function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, operational excellence, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for cross-functional initiatives
  • Conduct change impact assessments and identify training needs for new frameworks, methodologies, and capabilities
  • Manage enterprise and workforce change by developing change, engagement, and learning plans aligned with the OPEX vision
  • Lead workforce upskilling in new ways of working and the utilization of enterprise OPEX capabilities, frameworks, and digital tools (e.g., GenAI, PowerBI), developing and delivering customized training programs, workshops, and e-learning solutions
  • Track KPIs and progress of workforce upskilling and adoption of new tools and methodologies, providing regular updates and insights to the Alexion Operations Network
  • Drive a culture shift, fostering an enterprise mindset and promoting agile principles across the organization
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and learning sessions to gather insights and drive continuous upskilling and knowledge transfer within the workforce
  • Communicate and champion training and workforce upskilling initiatives, partnering as needed with our Communications specialists to develop key messages
  • Establish and maintain a standardized framework for change management and workforce upskilling, in alignment with AstraZeneca’s 3 Es framework
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on change management best practices and strategies
  • Establish change management partnerships in the market should additional support be needed for specific projects or needs

You will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business management, organizational development, Human Resources or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, training, and/or organizational development
  • Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives and training programs in a matrixed, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Kotter’s, Prosci)
  • Self-starter, proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to collaborate across and influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Passion for driving continuous improvement
