We’re seeking a highly motivated Associate Director, Client Finance to join our team and play a key role in driving financial success for our clients.
In this role, you will partner with the VP, Client Finance to lead the Client Finance department, ensuring top-tier financial service and maximizing revenue potential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, cultivate strong client relationships, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Your financial expertise and leadership will be essential in supporting our account teams and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop client scope of work (SOW) contracts and change orders, reflecting client priorities and staffing needs.
  • Oversee budget tracking, SOW tracking, and resource allocation, providing regular financial updates to teams.
  • Provide financial consultation to cross-functional teams, including financial kickoff meetings, monthly tracking, billing, and actualization.
  • Proactively recommend incremental scope and staffing adjustments based on performance and business changes.
  • Develop accurate staff recruiting forecasts and succession plans.
  • Oversee the monthly billing process and client invoicing.
  • Manage client purchase orders and resolve any related issues.
  • Negotiate and maintain syndicated research contracts.
  • Perform HR administrative tasks for the Client Finance team, including performance assessments and onboarding.
  • Identify and implement best practice process improvements within the Client Finance department.
