Description:

Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate company dedicated to creating world-class entertainment and leisure destinations. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Manager - Contracts. As a Senior Manager - Contracts, you will play a critical role in managing the contracts and legal aspects of our real estate projects, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and successful project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in contract management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles
  • Proven track record in managing complex contracts and vendor relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in contract management software and tools

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the contracting process for real estate projects, including the review, negotiation, and execution of contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment of contract terms with project requirements
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, policies, and procedures to streamline the contracting process
  • Provide expert guidance and advice on contractual matters, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Manage contractor and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards
  • Monitor contract performance, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues that may arise
  • Manage change orders and variations to contracts, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the contracts team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
