As the Associate Director, Corporate Strategy, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s future. You’ll work closely with the executive team to develop, implement, and communicate our Strategic Transformation and Performance (STRAP) plan. You’ll ensure our strategic priorities align with company goals and drive effective decision-making. You’ll also oversee strategic planning, communication, and implementation to ensure our organization stays ahead of the curve and achieves its objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Outcome-focused attitude, critical thinking ability to ensure continuous improvement across entire business
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to provide clear articulation of complex problems and findings, in oral, visual and written forms
- Experience in developing KPIs across a complex organization
- Ability to identify/gather relevant data, synthesize data into key points and structure complex problems/concepts into logistical elements for action
- Motivation and strong work ethic and be able to successfully balance multiple tasks and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and drive forward toward progress
- Ability to exercise exceptional judgment and discretion
- Confidence and is a self-starter with strong emotional intelligence
- Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
