THE OPPORTUNITY

UniSC is currently seeking an Associate Director, Cyber Security and Service Assurance to lead our team to help safeguard our digital landscape and ensure operational resilience.
Cyber Security focuses on protecting our technical environments through robust IT security strategies. We manage cyber threats, ensure policy adherence, and provide expert advice to uphold UniSC’s security standards. Service Assurance & IT GRC oversees the design and management of IT services, ensuring they align with industry best practices. This team drives continuous service improvement, manages IT governance and compliance, and oversees our service management platform, ServiceNow.
As the Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in securing UniSC against evolving cyber threats while aligning cyber security, governance, risk, and compliance with the university’s strategic objectives. You’ll lead daily operations, enhance our cyber security posture, and champion initiatives that safeguard our digital environment.
