Our client is a leading Consultancy within project management and advisory services, design and engineering within Critical National infrastructure.
They are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic leader to drive the programme management team forward as they continue to grow and deliver complex construction programmes within rail, nuclear, energy, defence and much more!
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the North side of the business, ensuring client delivery and the growth and success of this high performing team!
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Extensive experience within a Consulting environment within Defence, Infrastructure, Construction or similar.
- A proven track record leading and managing growing delivery teams.
- Have client satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.
- Hold relevant certifications such as APM PMQ/PPQ/ChPP; MoP; MSP; PRINCE2, P3O, PROSCI, Lean, Six Sigma.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the team as they set up, assess and transform some of the largest and complex construction programmes in UK.
- Lead client delivery, as well as managing and leading a team of high-performing individuals and motivating them to excel with innovation at the core.
- Collaborate with senior managers to deliver our client’s strategic vision and contribute to growth in the North.
- Work hand-in-hand with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty as you deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Lead talent development, growth, ensure staff engagement and satisfaction.
- Source new opportunities, develop bid proposals, and lead client engagement sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide business transformations, organisation design, portfolio management, and improve programme efficiencies and performance.
- Work with a diverse client base and facilitate multi-media workshops with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactively manage commercial demands and opportunities.
