Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of M&A transactions across the end-to-end M&A value chain, including origination, deal structuring, negotiation, and closure;
  • Maintain and expand client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and strategic priorities;
  • Develop and implement M&A strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and market opportunities;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive advisory services to clients, including due diligence, financial modeling, HR and post-merger integration;
  • Oversee a team of highly skilled professionals, fostering a culture of learning and development, and ensuring high performance and engagement;
  • Contribute to and lead the department’s growth by participating in business development activities and thought leadership.
