Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional with a strong background in client counsel, sustainability communications, leadership communications, campaign development with a focus on purpose and ESG, and internal communications. This role requires a highly strategic thinker with a proven ability to engage with C-Suite executives, providing clear direction on key initiatives, especially within multi-market contexts, with a particular focus on Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Counsel & Strategic Direction: Engage confidently at the C-Suite level, providing expert guidance on high-level business objectives and communications strategies.
  • Sustainability & ESG Expertise: Leverage your understanding of sustainability communications and ESG regulations to develop impactful campaigns that align with regulatory requirements and drive purposeful messaging for clients.
  • Leadership Communications: Proven history of developing and executing leadership communications strategies that resonate with top-tier executives and stakeholders.
  • Campaign Development with Purpose & ESG Focus: Lead the development of purpose-driven campaigns with a specific emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, ensuring that these initiatives align with broader client goals and public expectations.
  • Internal Communications (Advantageous): Experience in crafting and executing internal communications strategies is a significant advantage, helping to ensure consistent messaging and employee engagement across the organization.
  • Content Marketing: Spearhead content-first strategies, integrating communications deeply into marketing objectives, while effectively engaging target audiences.
  • Multi-Market Experience: Extensive experience working across multiple markets, ideally with a focus on Europe, to implement cohesive strategies tailored to regional demands.

  • Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven: Demonstrated ability to create and implement efficient processes, embedding them as standard practice across internal teams and client engagements.
  • Team Leadership: Strong ability to rally, motivate, and lead teams to success, ensuring collaboration and cohesion across functions.
  • Business Development & Pitch Leadership: Lead business development efforts from initial brief to final pitch delivery, coordinating with stakeholders across various functions to develop compelling proposals and winning strategies.
