Responsibilities:
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Global Process Owner in Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain data and processes, supply chain technology roadmaps, continuous improvement and supply chain capabilities.
This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain principles, strong analytical and leadership skills, technology implementation experience and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Process standardisation: Define and document standardized supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and industry best practices.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess, identify and improve the end-to-end supply chain process, leveraging technology, automation and data driven insights
- Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap for supply chain and advanced planning systems, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including supply chain planners, logistics, manufacturing, quality, master data, and IT teams, to gather and prioritize requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities.
- Agile Implementation: Work closely with IT, functional teams and external partners in an agile environment to translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Prioritization: Prioritize investments and change initiatives, in partnership with other BPOs and E2E BPOs through business case justification and process health analysis.
- Governance: Lead governance activities and approve major changes to the E2E process design, especially as related to cross-functional impacts; ensure these changes are reviewed and analyzed with the impacted stakeholders, functions or other BPOs. Govern the Supply Chain process framework
- Capability & Change Management: Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new system functionalities and processes. Provide guidance for training & documentation to support people capabilities within Supply Chain. Mentor and develop talent within the supply chain organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Technology Enablement: Partner with IT, digital and partners to identify and implement technology solutions that support and enhance global supply chain processes, such as advanced planning systems, visibility tools, and analytics platforms.
- Vendor Management: Engage with technology vendors to evaluate, select, and manage third-party solutions that complement or enhance the supply chain planning technology landscape.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and champion the adherence and effectiveness of supply chain processes globally, and drive actions to address any performance gaps
