Job Description
As Associate Director in the Sydney Highways Team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects within the transport sector.
You will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while also nurturing client relationships and driving successful bids.
Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in expanding our client base and delivering exceptional solutions that transform the transport infrastructure landscape.
Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL A DAY IN THIS ROLE LOOK LIKE:
- Project Leadership: Manage and oversee projects, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Bid Management: Lead the bid process, from proposal development to submission and negotiation, employing strategic thinking and creativity to win new business.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver tailored solutions.
- Commercial Skills: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Effectively navigating change with Clients, negotiating contracts and mitigating risks.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing your expertise and insights to foster their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
