We are seeking an Associate Director of HR Transformation to join the Human Resources team to optimize HR processes and leverage strategies to enhance the employee and client experience. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of HR Transformation and Change, you will be responsible for providing support transformation and change management programs that enhance people experiences, processes, and technology to align with Seneca’s priorities and strategic goals.
You’ll use tools and techniques, including agile project management, to bring our vision to life - creating an environment that supports employee success, fosters a high performing workplace culture, and values continuous improvement, innovation, learning and a commitment to quality.

Whether you hold a post-secondary credential or have the equivalency of experience supporting HR transformations, HR technology, and strategic planning or you bring a diverse background and unique perspective to the table, we encourage you to apply. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of driving successful organizational change and strong leadership skills, as well as a PROSCI Change Management Certification or similar credential is an asset. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform, and with process mapping. Additionally, possessing strong business acumen, adept diplomatic relationship management, collaborative abilities, and excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
