JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sun Life International (SLI) delivers innovative offshore life insurance solutions to High Net Worth (HNW) Clients around the world. We are a diverse team of best-in-class industry experts who are passionate about our Clients and the work we do for them.
We are currently recruiting for a Associate Director, International ACG to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the International Life Valuation, ALM, and Capital/VNB teams to provide strategic analysis on assumption change management actions (ACMA) items, including proposing assumption recommendations to the International Life management team.
- Provide support for the International PathWise Conversion project over the next 18 months including IFRS 17 integration, processes optimizations, model build and UAT including from both a pricing and valuation perspective.
- Provide PathWise and AXIS modeling subject matter expertise and assist in developing and sharing best practices to International Life users .
- Perform experience studies for lapse, mortality, and mortality improvement based on the experience study schedule.
- Complete other ad hoc duties as may be required by Senior Leadership from time to time.
