WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of our time, at our London office.

We’re currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Corporate Lending Innovation team as an Associate Director. You’ll manage the development and implementation of initiatives that will shape the future of the industry. What you’ll be doing:

  • Independently and proactively conducts research across coverage, lending product, portfolio management, balance sheet management and lending operations to understand challenges and opportunities impacting CIB competitiveness in loan markets.
  • Uses a value-driven approach to determine how investment initiatives should be prioritised and brings this to life through a compelling and visual story.
  • Collaborates with change functions to understand the viability and feasibility of delivering initiatives.
  • Supports delivery of strategic initiatives by seeking input from subject matter experts within business areas, supporting change functions with prioritisation of the backlog, and managing expectations across all stakeholders.
  • Actively collaborates with partners across the group to advance the above objectives and push forward the innovation agenda.

What we need from you?

  • Proven experience in using data synthesis and analysis to support priotisation.
  • Experience in supporting strategic change delivery to improve customer or client experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to “connect the dots” between change initiatives and how these impact the bank’s bottom line e.g. increased profits, reduced RWAs.
  • Knowledge of the corporate lending journey is highly desirable, but not a necessity if you have strong experience in other areas.
