Reporting to the Head of Loan Syndications & Agency, the Associate Director role is a key member of the team responsible for driving ANZ’s agency function as market leading provider of facility agency and security trustee services to Institutional, Corporate and Property Finance Customers.

In a typical day or week, your work will involve the following:
Managing the facility agent and security trustee function across a range of Institutional and Corporate customers.
Liaising with customers, lenders, external legal counsel and various internal stakeholders to do so.
Assist in maintaining and growing our leading market share position.
Perform all agency client coverage functions to a best practice standard.

Drive, enthusiasm, and dedication to maintain the high level of customer service in delivering our facility agency and security trustee services.
Strong collaborative and communication skills to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and other key stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and time management skills – attention to detail and accuracy critical.
Working knowledge of loan and security documentation
Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
Adherence to ANZ’s culture, values, strategy, policy, processes and standards and external regulatory and legal requirements
