Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Associate Director of Donor Experience, you will design and deliver a gold-standard donor experience which focuses on donors/supporters recognition, retention and uplift, and which is fit for donors who have given at transformational levels. Your and your team’s work will not only be integral to the growth of a culture of philanthropy at UCL, but it will also be responsible for the launch events for our biggest ever fundraising and engagement campaign in 2026.
We prioritise work-life balance and offer agile working and flexibility around working hours. Therefore, we are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE – equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata). This role is eligible for hybrid working.
