This is a high profile role within the Chief of Staff Directorate, and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of successfully delivering change management programmes, a robust and up to date knowledge of employment law and overall expertise as a trusted advisor to board level colleagues. The role requires someone who is passionate about their work, has the felexibility and ability to work in a maxtix structure and enjoys a varied and demanding workload. You will also play a vital and rewarding role in meeting our goal that every member of staff feels they make a difference and are supported to do so.
