Description:

At Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT), we are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services for the communities we serve. Our mission is to provide outstanding care through innovation, collaboration, and an unwavering focus on continuous improvement. We are now seeking a dynamic Associate Director of Performance to join our leadership team and help drive the Trust’s vision for exceptional performance and service delivery.
As the Associate Director of Performance, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing performance management frameworks across the Trust. You will provide strategic direction and lead initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality care aligned with NHS standards and targets.
We are looking for a strategic thinker and a performance-driven leader with a passion for healthcare excellence. You will have experience in performance management within the NHS or a similar setting, coupled with a strong understanding of NHS standards and regulations.
The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) provides a full range of general acute, outpatient and diagnostic services at The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, the Herts and Essex Hospital in Bishop’s Stortford, and St Margaret’s Hospital in Epping.
We employ over 4,000 staff and serve a local population of around 350,000 people living in west Essex and east Hertfordshire, centred on the M11 corridor and the towns of Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford and Epping. Our extended catchment area incorporates a population of up to 500,000 and includes the areas of Hoddesdon, Cheshunt and Broxbourne in Hertfordshire.
The Trust believes in investing in all our staff and rewarding high standards of care whilst building for excellence and in return we expect our staff to uphold the Trust values to the highest level.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care at PAHT. You will be joining a forward-thinking Trust committed to innovation and excellence. We offer a supportive environment, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
