Your role at Clorox:
Drive standards of work in order to elevate and drive consistency of content and communication for the Customer Organization focused on strategic and core customer).

In this role, you will:

  • Core Customer Planning Cycle: Develop, drive & coach Core Team.
  • Drive Consistency & Quality across C&C Sales Planning Organization: Business Plans:
  • Drive planning and BP release timelines that work for Strategic Accounts (LERs)
  • Drive quality & Consistency of national business plans developed by Category Planning Teams
  • Sell-In Stories: Establish framework for consistent external facing sell-in stories developed by Customer Planning Teams
  • Growth Stack Priorities: Support and drive quality & consistency of Customer Growth Strategies across Sales Planning, in partnership with field teams
  • Holistic Narrative: drive laddered-up customer view across C&C (internal & external)
  • Communication plan: owns consistency of use of forums for communication with the field (eg: office hours, NSM, etc….)
  • Major initiatives: flow to work for major enterprise or BU specific value drivers
  • Manages Sales Information Coordinator for C&C

What we look for:

  • 10+ years of CPG experience, ~25% Travel, and
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Significant Clorox/equivalent BU and Customer Experience Proficiency in People Management
  • Sr. Leadership Communication/Influence, Cross Functional Knowledge/Influence
  • Knowledgeable in Categories/Brands, Retail Marketplace, Category Selling and Negotiation, Customer Business Planning

This role will be supporting the Sales Function with a preference on being located in Durham, NC or Oakland, CA. This role will be following the Hybrid 2.0 return to office policy - 3x per week in office if you are within 50 miles of the Hub.

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $144,200 - $289,900
–Zone B: $132,200 - $265,700
–Zone C: $120,200 - $241,600
