Description:

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Associate Director of Transitional Age Youth & Provider Servicesto join our Shared Services Department. The Associate Director of TAY & Provider Servicesis responsible for the daily operations, clinical oversight, planning and implementation of programming for Bridges, Fostering Futures, My Place and PFSNs TAY as approved by the Director of Shared Services. This position supports and collaborates with staff in TBRs PFSN, Foster Care Network and other TBR programs areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitorservice delivery for Bridge program, My Place, and PFSN TAY clients. Monitors quality of care provided to children placed in CRC placement settings.
  • Remain current onODJFS, ODMH, TBR policy and procedures, Council on Accreditation (COA) standards, county contractual obligations and best practice standards.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Kinship and Placement Support Services, and the Director of Shared Services in the planning and implementation of processes to monitor service coordination for children and young adults, including linkage to Ohio Rise and other TBR programs.
  • Successfully manages overall and/or departmental budget.
  • Reviewcritical incidents and monthly provider reports; facilitates planning meetings to assist with placement stability and transition for care.
  • Completesite visits to CRC placements
