YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • Solid (>10yrs) experience in Human Resources, specifically within organisational development and learning.
  • Ability to design, develop, implement and evaluate organisational development and learning initiatives and programs.
  • Experience in effectively coaching and positively influencing leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to support change management agendas through identification of high leverage interventions.
  • Skilled at driving measurement and evaluation of OD&L programs.
  • Experience preferably gained in a large complex organisation and/or consulting environment with well-honed project management skills.
  • Degree qualified in HR or relevant business discipline.
  • Commercial acumen - understanding of business drivers and able to identify key organisational development solutions that position the organisation for sustainable success.
  • Strong understanding and personal demonstration of ‘client centricity’.
  • Well-developed facilitation and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while adopting a practical and cost-conscious approach.
  • Adapting and leveraging global solutions for local markets and maximising value.

Responsibilities:

The Associate Director, Organisational Development is responsible for developing, facilitating, implementing and evaluating a range of organisational development projects/initiatives that build organisational capability in response to IFM’s broader enterprise strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Lead enterprise initiatives and programs from strategy to execution to support large-scale business efforts on organisational effectiveness, culture and capability.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders to drive organisational capability, employee engagement, cultural change and performance. Partner with People & Culture Business Partners to provide consultation and identify opportunities to proactively improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and sessions including leadership development, professional development programs, team offsites and team effectiveness. Administer and debrief leadership assessments, including 360 assessments and various individual preference and working style assessments.
  • Project manage the annual employee engagement survey process and pulse surveys end to end.
  • Expertly use project management disciplines and a change management framework to lead activities and programs.
  • Research contemporary organisational development and learning trends and provide recommendations on opportunities to provide best practice.
  • Optimize the utilization of the new HCMS (Oracle) with particular focus on the talent and learning modules and robust reporting.
