THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Associate Director of Pipeline Management to join our team in the APAC region with the role to be based in Sydney or in Singapore.
This APAC role, with a specific focus on Australia, New Zealand and Korea will lead pipeline selection, execution, and expansion from selection to post launch for both in-house and in licensing products. Working collaboratively with in country marketing teams, APAC business development and global stakeholders, this is a great opportunity to drive strategy development and launch excellence in line with Teva strategy.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business, Science or Similar, MBA and advantage
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pipeline management, product development, or strategic planning within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product pipelines and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in portfolio, Marketing and business development and knowledge in pipeline development value chain
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
