About the role (your why)
As the Associate Director of Presales and Enablement, you’ll be a vital part of our sales success. You’ll empower our sales teams with training and resources, manage bids and proposals, and oversee pricing strategies to ensure competitive offerings. Additionally, you’ll track sales performance to identify improvement areas, helping shape our client engagement strategies. Your leadership will foster a collaborative culture, driving excellence within our teams.

Responsibilities
- Acts as the bridge between sales and Professional Services for customer’s needs.
- Develop a bid and winning strategy in collaboration with the Business Development Executives that aligns with Datacom’s objectives and complies with customer needs.
- Assemble and lead the pursuit team, liaising with service line leaders for the solutioning aspects, the sales team for commercial and pricing aspects, and the legal team for contractual aspects.
- Provide support during the sales process and help in crafting compelling value propositions.
- Ensure that proposals comply with quality standards and adhere to submission guidelines.
- Manage the submission process and handle post-submission activities, including responding to client queries, participating in bid presentations or interviews with any appropriate and relevant participants, and debriefing on bid outcomes.
- Track and measure sales performance to identify areas for improvement and focus
- Equip the sales teams for success throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Support the development of sales collaterals and offer coaching and mentorship to help salespeople hone their skills and close deals effectively
