We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven individual to join our team as Associate Director - Project. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage complex projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • A minimum of 9-12 years of relevant experience in project management within the real estate or construction sector
  • Proven experience managing large and complex projects, from planning to execution
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing diverse teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulations and industry standards is a plus
  • Proficient in project management software and tools

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Establish project objectives, ensure clear communication, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage contractor and supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contract terms and performance standards.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices throughout the project execution.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies.
