Description:
SUMMARY:
Join our dedicated Research & Development team in BioPharmaceuticals Clinical Operations. As the Associate Director, R&D GxP Learning Operations, you will oversee the delivery of accessible, sustainable & compliant learning solutions, providing learning experience expertise to the team’s leadership. This role is an opportunity to strengthen our pipeline and make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.
LEARNING EXPERIENCE DESIGN
- Provide expert advice on blended learning approaches aligned with the 3E (Education, Experience, Exposure) learning strategy. This includes virtual interactions, audio, animation, simulations, storytelling, eLearning, and social learning.
- Help for setting standards for learning experience design and ensuring compliance of learning solutions with GxP regulations.
- Sets standards for learning experience design & provides expert advice to the Learning Experience Managers.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years of experience of learning design experience
- Expert knowledge of adult learning principles & various learning methodologies
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment or as a training specialist supporting a specific area
- Experience with project and change management, ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent analytical, written, and oral communications skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong collaborative, influencing and interpersonal skills – curious to understand business environment
- Innovative thinker who is not afraid to think outside the box
- Passionate about inclusion and diversity as well as psychological safety
- Skilled at managing and using technology
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Higher-level qualifications or accreditations in learning & development related field
- Experience working in a global organization, across countries, cultures, and time zones
- Experience with the R&D drug development life cycle
