Responsibilities:

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for supporting a senior relationship manager originate and manage a portfolio of Real Estate clients in the corporate and institutional bank. You will play a supporting role in developing a cross–business culture of achievement and best practice, to optimise product sales and client relationships by providing Corporate & Institutional, Lending, Financial Markets, Debt Capital Markets and transactional banking solutions for clients. Additionally, you will:

  • Develop and strengthen existing customer relationships to foster customer confidence and optimise value.
  • Manage the credit risk/quality of the portfolio in line with strategic priorities.
  • Work with Credit partners and Product Partners, to support the approval and execution of transactions that deliver sustainable returns.
  • Be highly responsive and innovative to client needs, proactively driving new opportunities for existing and new customers.
  • Drive strategic engagement and pro-active, advice-led business origination for existing and new customers whilst maintaining connectivity with property industry groups/stakeholder
