THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our customer-facing processes? We are looking for a dynamic Associate Director, RFP and Project Management to join our team. In this critical position, you will report directly to the Director of Program Management and focus on managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process while supporting the execution of key CDMO projects.
As the Associate Director, you will lead and manage the RFP process to ensure timely and accurate responses. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project results within established timelines and support the execution of specific CDMO projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company goals.
We are seeking someone with a strong technical-scientific background in the pharmaceutical industry and proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams. A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes is essential.
