We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director in Roads & Highways to join our team based in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Roads & Highways design, excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, and proficiency in report writing.

Your new role, what’s involved?

• Lead and manage the Roads & Highways design team to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee the development of conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs for road and highway infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex engineering issues related to Roads & Highways design.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets.
• Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of design documents, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Roads & Highways design and incorporate them into project deliverables.
• Mentor and coach junior staff members to enhance their technical skills and professional development.
• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the Roads & Highways design team.

Looking for an Associate Director - Roads & Highways to be based in Riyadh to align our strategy as per the below requirements mainly Client facing.

• Bachelor or master’s in civil engineering
• Overall 18+ Years of Industry Experience
• 10 Years of KSA experience with roads lead role (last 5 years in KSA)
• Sound Technical well-rounded in Roads & Highways in Design (not supervision or operations)
• People Leadership skills to deliver from our offshoring team.
• Strong KSA Client engagement skills (worked as a roads lead or PM/design manager for infrastructure for Roads General Authority i.e. RCRC, MOT, MOMRA, JM, RM etc.)
• Arabic Speaker preferable for Authority engagements
• Good communication and report writing skills.
