QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SaaS operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills:
  o Strong knowledge of SaaS architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and virtualization technologies.
  o Experience with monitoring tools, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
  o Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Shell, JavaScript).
  o Leadership and Management:
  o Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
  o Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

o Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

• Certifications :

o Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.

o Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Associate Director of SaaS Technical Operations will lead the operational strategies and technical management of SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless delivery, high availability, and optimal performance of services. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving efficiency improvements, managing a team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the organization’s SaaS infrastructure and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operational Leadership:
  o Lead and manage the SaaS technical operations team, providing direction, mentoring, and performance management.
  o Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of SaaS platforms.

o Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance service delivery.

• Service Management:

o Oversee incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
o Ensure timely resolution of service disruptions and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

o Monitor and report on service performance metrics and SLA compliance.

• Technical Strategy:

o Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align technical operations with business objectives.
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and efficiency.

o Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to support SaaS operations.

• Project Management:

o Lead and manage projects related to SaaS platform enhancements, migrations, and integrations.
o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

o Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.

• Compliance and Security:

o Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
o Implement and maintain security measures to protect SaaS platforms and customer data.
o Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
