LEAD AND INNOVATE AS AN ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR / STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

We’re offering an exceptional opportunity for a visionary Associate Director to drive the expansion of our structural engineering practice in the UK. In this senior role, you’ll not only oversee the design of large-scale building superstructures but also influence the strategic direction of company and earn equity as a key stakeholder.

DEPROM is a full-service provider specializing in design, delivery, and assembly of precast concrete structures for multi-apartment residential projects, office buildings, and industrial structures. With a proven track record across the UK, Sweden, and Latvia, we offer clients seamless coordination and cost-effective, high-quality superstructure solutions. Our client-focused approach, combined with expertise in precast concrete, makes us a trusted partner for developers, contractors, and architects alike.
Now, we’re expanding our UK structural engineering operations and seeking experienced professionals who want to be part of something innovative and impactful. Our goal is to establish an independent UK branch dedicated to providing structural engineering consultancy services with a focus on green initiatives across all design stages and building types throughout the UK.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Chartered Engineer status (MIStructE or MICE).
  • Proven expertise in structural engineering, with a focus on concrete, steel, wood and hybrid superstructure solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing project finances and risk.
  • A track record of delivering innovative, sustainable solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all phases of building superstructure design, from feasibility to practical completion.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for UK structural engineering operations.
  • Lead business development efforts, including preparing and delivering successful project bids.
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to uphold the highest standards of project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.
