Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive business strategy for the Financial Due Diligence line of business, aligning it with the overall goals and objectives of K3 Capital Group. Identify target markets, client segments, and service differentiators to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of talented professionals, including financial analysts, consultants, and industry experts. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, promoting continuous learning and development.
- Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, leveraging your network and expertise to promote the Financial Due Diligence services. Understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction.
- Service Delivery Excellence: Oversee the execution of financial due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet industry standards and client expectations. Provide strategic insights to clients, identifying risks and opportunities in their transactions.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics within the mid-market Financial Due Diligence segment. Use this knowledge to refine and enhance the business strategy.
- Collaboration with Sun Capital: Work closely with Sun Capital, our US private equity owner, to leverage their resources, expertise, and networks. Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and identify opportunities for synergy.
- Financial Performance: Manage the financial performance of the Financial Due Diligence line of business, monitoring revenue, profitability, and expenses. Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and ownership regarding the progress of the Financial Due Diligence line of business. Clearly communicate achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth
