The Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences (MDHS) at the University of Melbourne is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Communications and Marketing (Business Partnering). In this pivotal role, you’ll provide expert strategic and operational leadership across communications and marketing efforts, developing integrated strategies that align with faculty and university-wide priorities.
As a trusted advisor to Faculty Executive leadership, you’ll be accountable for enabling the success of the communications and marketing function through an embedded business partnering model, with a focus on service excellence.
Your ability to influence and deliver in a matrix model within a large, complex organisation will be crucial, as you foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. You’ll play a key role in shaping MDHS’s profile, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the overall success of the university’s communication and marketing initiatives.
