Associate, Distribution Business

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of sales materials
• Produce related information and ensure timely delivery of materials for channel distribution
• Respond to the sales team’s fund related requests
• Respond promptly and accurately to client’s fund queries
• Prepare responses to client’s due diligence questionnaires
• Required to work closely with Funds’ registrar and vendors
• Ensure accurate and prompt payment to vendors and suppliers
• Work on adhoc projects or any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree, preferably with a focus in finance, accountancy or business
• At least 1 year of direct relevant working experience within the asset management industry
• Knowledge of Bloomberg will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Self-starter and an independent individual
• Good team player and a meticulous individual
• Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
