Description:
Ecolab are looking for an Associate District Manager to join the Pest Division
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Ability to be flexible in working hours to ensure job delivery and customer satisfaction
- Ability to accommodate some overnight stays away from home
- Must be a hands-on problem solver
- Proven ability to deliver service (For internal candidates this will be more than 90% QA score)
- Numerate
- Good level of literacy
- Ability to motivate a team to deliver high levels of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Support Sales and Service Manager plan and ensure service teams complete jobs to specification, to time and budget
- Drive compliance managing safety to business process and expectation
- Support and offer advice to SDMs on complex surveys
- Plan and carry out service activities to district portfolio, to deliver a quality service
- Conduct audits on fellow team members and subcontractors against criteria as defined to provide quality of service information.
- To deputise for the District Manager in his/her absence.
Main Duties:
- Ensuring teams maintain personal protective and application equipment in a clean and fully functional condition.
- Ensuring teams maintain a clean and tidy vehicle and up to date serviced condition, drive in a courteous manner with participation in Mentor driving app to ensure risk rating is maintained at a low or very low level
- To regularly update, technical, procedural and Health and Safety knowledge and attend training and instruction as requested by your manager. To only undertake those operations for which you are trained and competent.
- To always maintain Company standards in dress and appearance.
- To comply with relevant Health & Safety, Environmental and employment legislation and Ecolab principles and objectives.
- To accurately submit such information, reports and other paperwork as required at specified time intervals.
- To liaise with District Manager and other branch staff in a respectful manner and carry out other reasonable duties that you may from time to time be asked.
- To observe Company principles and policies and present a professional image to customers and the public.
- To complete FAR as required by the District Manager.
- To participate in and promote Route 1 and Lead activity.
- To always provide a courteous and professional service to our customers.
- Completion of site audits using online I.T. resource.
- Own portfolio serviced to high standard
- Investigate call back visits on job work and report on route cause to District manager and resolve these issues
- Developing the skills required by the District Manager role
