Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Edit and prepare the English language version of a document (aligning the French language version as
required) for subsequent processing and authorize publication
- Reach all milestones within deadlines, including publication, in line with production and quality objectivesn(or targets)
- Carry out the editorial evaluation of the English language version of documents at different stages,
including providing direction, guidance and comments to committees or committee leaders with the support of Editorial Managers/the Editorial Team Leader as appropriate
- Provide day to day editorial support to committees with the support of Editorial Managers/the Editorial Team Leader as appropriate
- Handle the resolution of recurring or specific problems relating to the editing with committee leaders in collaboration with the Technical Program Manager as appropriate
- Work closely with committee leaders via electronic means
- Facilitate the progression of projects through the production chain
- Facilitate and troubleshoot the production of XML-based publications, including providing feedback
