Description:
SKILLS, EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE
- fluent in spoken and written English (corporate language)
- knowledge of the German language would be beneficial
- first theoretical and practical knowledge in agile environment would be beneficial (SAFe/SCRUM/Kanban)
- analytical skills to understand, structure and present simple to complex issues in a comprehensible way
- used programming languages: Java 17+, React/PHP/JavaScript, optional: Groovy, Shell – knowledge in two or three of them would be great
- Basics of the frameworks: Spring Boot, Apache Camel, Drools
- Tools/Software: Maven, Gradle, Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, Confluence, JIRA, Splunk, Geneos, Tableau, JMeter
- Platforms/systems: Docker, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, Google Cloud
- Relational and non-relational databases: Oracle, MongoDB, Big Query, PostgreSQL
- Initial Knowledge of the formats: XML, JSON
- Messaging/Streaming: JMS, MQ, Solace, Kafka
- Knowledge in one of the topics: Design Patterns, REST, Microservices
- The willingness and skill to work in virtual teams and a matrix organisation, to share and pass on information, expertise and experience – which was learned in the team , as well as the ability to focus on working toward planned goals in a fast-moving environment with competing and changing priorities

Responsibilities:
- Design and development of micro-services architecture components in due consideration of the bank’s current security guidelines and its non-functional requirements (e. g. capacity, availability, monitoring)
- Support of design, implementation as well as execution of automated tests on multiple levels and the result analysis
- Identification of problem root causes in existing software and fixing of same
- Execution of feasibility studies and code reviews as well as necessary preparations for an application to be releasee into production
- Identification of potential risks in the application software and the business context as well as their reporting and, if applicable, their remediation
- Where appropriate, Level 3 support for the team’s application(s) and their infrastructure components
- Execution of maintenance of application components and their changes according to the regulatory processes with the help of agile methodologies
