IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
Are you passionate about branding and looking to make a meaningful impact? BECU is seeking an Associate Environmental Branding Manager to manage exciting projects that support our retail and product marketing strategies. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage the design development process, coordinate teams, and oversee project budgets and timelines—all while ensuring our Environmental Branding initiatives shine.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or Communications or equivalent work or education-related experience.
- Minimum five years of marketing, design, or construction project management experience in a collaborative business environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Environmental Branding as it relates to graphic design, motion graphic development, signage fabrication, material/finishes selection, space planning, and construction, including reading CAD drawings, project schedules and writing scope of work documents.
- Strong Project Management skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Design development experience in retail, campus, and or/environmental branding.
- Proficient verbal and written skills to effectively communicate.
- Demonstrated ability to research and compile information for the purpose of maintaining brand standards.
- Previous experience collaborating with outside vendors related to graphic design, environmental design, printing, and production.

Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Drive and manage projects in line with the Credit Union’s Environmental Branding Annual Plan, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic Development: Deploy innovative marketing strategies/branding that elevate our brand across campus and retail platforms.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the key contact for project planning, ensuring seamless communication across departments.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest in marketing and Environmental Branding design, recommending improvements to our processes and policies.
- Compliance Expertise: Maintain a strong grasp of advertising regulations relevant to Credit Unions at both state and national levels.
- Schedule Adherence: Full time hours required, with additional hours as necessary.
This role can be done remotely from Washington state only. You must reside within a reasonable driving distance of our Tukwila Headquarters or Spokane office with the ability to travel between various BECU locations in the Greater Puget Sound region for occasional business needs.
