JOINING ARUP

As part of the wider Climate and Sustainability Servies (CSS) business, the Environmental Consulting team have been pivotal in a number of projects of national significance, including the Ocean Winds Caledonia Offshore Wind EIA, Glenmuclock Pumped Storage, West Yorkshire Mass Transit Environmental Partner, Great Grid Upgrade and delivery partner to the EA for their £1.2 billion flood and coastal erosion risk management capital programme. We are looking for an experienced environmental professional to join our team and lead our efforts in the Solar renewables sector, focusing on the major cross-cutting environmental agenda and helping to embed environment and sustainability into the projects we deliver.

The individual will require the following knowledge, skills and attributes:

  • Established EIA/DCO project experience on energy projects.
  • Experience of developing clients and securing work.
  • Skills in leading the writing of analytical reports and producing strong PowerPoint presentations.
  • A team-player comfortable with people management, development, and contributing to wider organisational goals

Responsibilities:

You will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with existing environmental consultancy experience.

The individual will require the following knowledge, skills and attributes:
