Responsibilities:

Partner with two lead advisors, supporting their mission to deliver top-tier service.
Be the go-to person for all client communication, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
Keep tasks on track by monitoring progress and completing outstanding action items with precision.
Take charge in resolving client issues, proactively addressing their needs before they arise.
Deeply understand each client’s unique goals and expectations, effectively advocating for their best interests.
Work closely with internal teams to streamline and enhance client service processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while preparing essential meeting materials.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services.
Must hold one of the following: Series 65, CFA, CFP, or CPA certification.
Familiarity with tools like Redtail, Orion, eMoney, Morningstar, GoToMeeting, and iRebal is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills and a personable, client-first attitude.
Strong ability to manage confidential information.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by self-motivation.
A proactive team player with a focus on collaboration and results.
