Shipa Delivery is a fast-growing digital last-mile logistics provider operating across UAE, KSA, and Kuwait under the Agility Logistics umbrella. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to own the complete financial cycle of our business — a hands-on, high-impact role where you will be equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves on daily operations.

From monthly close and management reporting through budgeting, audit, and day-to-day AP/AR — you will be the financial backbone of the organization and the key interface between business units and senior management. Fluency in AI tools for finance is a plus.

• Role Summary: The Fleet Management Associate holds the responsibility of overseeing the Delivery Assistants in their day-to-day operational assignments, analyzing work processes based on performance reports and recommending improvements, leading coordination with other teams and departments, and reporting relevant matters to the management.
