We are looking for an associate Global Product Manager to join our global Product Management team in Agilent’s Pathology Division. The role is based in Glostrup, Denmark and will be part of a team managing our Pathology IVD Solutions, including systems, reagents, software and services for Clinical Laboratories around the World.
You will report into the Director for Global Product Management, and in your daily work you will be supervised by one of the Senior Global Product Managers in the team.
Your initial focus will be to support Product Lifecycle management of our reagent portfolio, and when the timing is right your responsibilities will include support to our Senior Global Product Managers for instruments and software as well.

In addition to working with the team of Global Product Managers, you will be in daily interactions with other parts of the Agilent Marketing organization, production sites, R&D, Finance, Regulatory, Logistics, Quality and Field organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- +3 years of experience from diagnostics or MedTech industry in a commercial/and or technical role
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in life science
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders across the organization and within a global matrix
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative to drive for results
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Experience within Clinical diagnostics is a plus
- Experience with Product Management is a plus

- Support our Senior Global Product Managers in managing the product portfolio.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth understanding of pathology market, competitor landscape and customer needs across segments.
- Drive Product Life Cycle Management activities and daily operational support across our portfolio, initially with a focus on our reagents
- Become a super-user in our Product Management systems
- Act as daily 3rd line support to the field for product related questions
- Support with market and competitor analysis of reagents across markets
