Description:

Are you ready to take your analytical skills to the next level? The California State Lottery, Finance Division, is looking for a detail-oriented, creative professional for a new analyst position in Prize Payments. Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I - The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) performs a variety of complex, consultative, technical, and analytical projects. The analyst will serves as an expert staff resource on all areas related Prize Payments District Office Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and program evaluation. This position is expected to use judgment in interpreting and applying guidelines such as regulations, policies, and procedures for application to specific business cases. This position will be headquartered in the Costa Mesa District Office and is eligible for office-based telework schedule. Employees must be able to report to their assigned headquarters office as needed. Travel expense to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee. Eligibility for telework requires employee residence in California per California Government Code Section 14200 which states: “telecommuting means the partial or total substitution of computers or telecommunication technologies, or both, for the commute to work by employees residing in California.
