Description:
DSH-Napa, Standards & Compliance Department has a full-time, permanent vacancy for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA). The primary areas of focus for this position is data management specific to the medical records, with collateral focus on performance improvement, process monitoring and risk management. This position requires skills in data analysis and effective communication as well as the ability to develop positive and effective working relationships with management level staff and others. Experience with project management, leadership change, dynamic group management and facilitating group participation is desirable. Expertise in MS Word and MS Excel is required, including the ability to write clear and concise reports and prepare accurate displays of data. The ability to present information in a clear, succinct and professional manner to management level staff is also required. The most desirable candidates are self-directed with good attendance, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
