Description:

Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (SSMI), in the Facilities Operations Branch under the Office of Business Operations, the Associate Governmental Programs performs technical, analytical and staff administrative support activities that will assure the sound and safe condition of the District 4 Office Building and some satellite field facilities. The incumbent will provide custodial and trades support and will be a liaison with the Department of General Services for building maintenance services. The incumbent will ensure quality assurance and quality control through project management tools and techniques for projects and contracts. The position is responsible for communication with various levels of management and stakeholders on project status.

For those who do not have current eligibility (e.g., transfer, permissive reinstatement, or voluntary demotions) and/or who will be new to state civil services employment, you must be on the state examination list to be eligible for these positions.
