Associate, Healthcare Regulatory, 3 years + PQE

Kennedys is actively seeking an Associate to join our Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham or Cambridge office, specialising in private insured regulatory claims. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in healthcare to join a highly esteemed division. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in handling complex Regulatory cases, demonstrating a strong understanding of GMC (General Medical Council) and GDC (General Dental Council) processes and protocols. You will be adept at managing high-stakes claims, often involving sensitive and high-profile matters that require meticulous attention to detail and a compassionate approach.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years’ UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience*
• Previous client contact and attendance at business development events
• Excellent working knowledge of GMC and GDC litigation process and Civil Procedure Rules
